Step One

Contact us as early in your planning stages as possible. We’ll discuss which language services you might need for your event or project and the timeframe you have.

Step two

Please give us a background for the project and a clear brief or purpose for the language services to enable us to produce our best work for you.

Step three

Where possible, send us a copy of what you need translating, interpreting (outline if possible), transcribing or adapting. This helps us ascertain the length and how to make the project efficient. Please send us any company terms, glossaries and style guides you would like us to use.

Step four

We will check the materials, ask any queries and suggest the best method and price for your project. We hope you choose us. If you do, we will send you an order confirmation with our terms and privacy policy. We may request a down payment for one-off translation jobs or larger commissions.

Step five

We will deliver your language service in collaboration with you so we can offer you the very best product. When you are satisfied, we will sign off the project and invoice. We always appreciate your comments and reviews!
